Shapeshifter

Shapeshifters is a project about perspective and shows my interest in connection. the work displays itself in 3 viewable forms; left, right, and center. The piece is made up of two colored effects that are visible when looking at the piece from an angled perspective. It is meant to display two character types that have a permanent role within someone's character. But when you approach the piece from the front without noticing the angled perspective you will only see the piece as is; an artwork/individual with no deeper understanding of what its values are. The piece is formed between the lines that are set on the canvas. the formation of the lines feels similar but unique to the other pieces. which refers to us. we are similar but different.
